Define your goal

It’s OK if your goal is not a big, grandiose one.

Maybe you want to get to the gym more often or take more time for yourself.

One of the most important parts of setting a goal is to write it down.

It’s not the same as just thinking about it.

I’m not saying you should post it to Facebook and let the world know.

But by writing it down, you know you’ve committed to it.
