Here are seven steps to help you take action:

  1. Define your goal.
  2. Brainstorm a list of actions you can take to achieve your goal.
  3. Choose a specific action.
  4. Schedule a time to take that action.
  5. Write down your action in your calendar.
  6. Follow through with your action.
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 for every goal.
