How to migrate WP manually
1) Copy script / db
2) Update - .htaccess with proper URL
3) Update config with db info
4) https://yoast.com/move-wordpress-blog-domain-10-steps/
add this to config file

5) Install search and replace module and replace old URL with new.

1) Take dev site backup
2) WP > Settings > Change URL to the new URL
3) Take backup and migrate
